Latest Derbyshire Inspired Poem!

`Lightning Strikes'

Lightning strikes

and thunder claps

echo through the hills;

rolling over mountain heights

and lowland river spills

onto plains that last night's rains

have all the hollows filled

with sky reflecting pools and lakes

refreshingly distilled

when lightning strikes

and thunder claps

echo through the hills.
